Hotel
The host hotel is located on the west side of Indianapolis, IN.
The location is given to attendees upon purchase of tickets.
Our event space is not open to the public and you are welcome to dress
in any, or no attire as you would like throughout the event space and
to the rooms.
All rooms are also located in the west tower, connected to the event
space, and not open to the general public in the hotel.
We have one set of elevators for our use only, that will take you
directly from the rooms to the eventspace.
Hotel staff in the event space will be kept to a minimum.
Rooms will also not have housekeeping services through the weekend.
We are very aware of our event and the curiosity it can draw.
We make sure to protect our attendees, and keep eventspaces closed off to staff and general public.
When you get to the hotel, you will want to go into the front and check
in for your room.
Check in for the hotel and also event will begin at 3:00pm on February
27.
Once you have checked in, please drive around back of the hotel to the
convention entrance.
Here you will be able to check into Intrigue registration.
The hotel rooms will also only be accessible through the event
entrances.
You will be required to have armbands and event badges to be in the
event area and access to the rooms.
The hotel does have a full service restaurant which will be open for breakfast,
lunch and dinner.
There is also a Starbucks with coffee and also snacks and some sandwiches.
The restaurant and Starbucks are not located in the event spaces and you will need to be fully dressed to go to the restaurant.
You would also be able to order pizzas or door dash if you wish.
You will need to have the food delivered and meet the delivery service in the front lobby.
This is also not event space and you will need to be fully dressed, grandma's rules to get your order.
